Although Dawson College's climbing facilities are relatively limited, their wall is probably one of the best places in the city for first timers to try out the sport. Dawson's gym offers a more relaxed environment for new comers and is generally less intimidating than one of the city's full fledge climbing gyms. The wall is fairly limited in size and difficulty but it will give you a good idea of what the sport entails. Students of the school should take advantage of discounts available to them and the convenience of having a wall available on campus.
