The Climbing Wall is located in the Sports Hall. It was originally opened in 1972 and has undergone many phases of development including 7.5 metre bouldering /lead walls with rock insert holds. There is also an overhanging bouldering area with curved resin panels built in 1992. In total there is a wide range of climbing opportunities covering 300sq metres of wall surface.e
