I am looking for a partner or group of people to climb with regularly (once a week) as I want to get back into climbing after having lived outside of the UK for four years. Although I did do some climbing during some of that time I am out of practice. I … ...

The Arch Climbing Wall
Did a couple circuits at the original Arch, which is a completely different feel to the Biscuit Factory. The original on Bermindsey Street is scruffy, close, claustrophobic, in somewhat rough shape. Chaulk dust thick in the air. Impressed by the long tr ...

Very satisfying, poetic routes. Proves a gym can be only bouldering and really rock. Kudos to Christopher Burton for reccommending it, and Welcoming me. Had a great time. (actually the abve refers to the Arch at the Biscuit Factory)

The Arch Climbing Wall
Hi, I've recently got into climbing in the past year and have mainly bouldered as it was closest to where I used to live. I've done a bit of top rope and would love to do more. My visits have been pretty sporadic (and so still consider myself a beginner) … ...
Gary Britton 66 weeks agoHi Emily, I climbed at Westway for a few months and then have been out of it for a year. I've just come back from a winter climbing course with a renewed sense of enthusiasm, looking to get started again. I used to climb 5s badly, just hoping to get off the floor at the moment. Competent top rope belayer, looking for two evenings a week if possible, maybe some weekends too. Let me know if you're keen to try it out Gary
Gary Britton 66 weeks agoForgot to say, I am still a member at Westway and live fairly close - would prefer that if possible Gary

Looking for someone to climb with regularly at the Arch, can be flexible (ish) about timing around the working day. I used to climb alot, but haven't done it for ages, so probably count as a beginner.
Doug Spence 72 weeks agoHi Antonia, I climb at the Arch Wednesday nights, from 6.30pm till 8.30pm. I climb V3 and breaking into V4. I'll be there tomorrow with a couple of prospective partners. Best, Doug
Antonia Mochan 72 weeks agoExcellent, thanks, I shall try to come along tomorrow.
Doug Spence 72 weeks agoCool. My number is 07769 145 152. Hopefully see you there.

Well worn to the point of some of the foot holds rocking that slippery shine. Despite all that bouldering here (during the mornings) is a lot of fun thanks to the creative routes and entry price.

Hi, I have a day off work tomorrow and I'd really like to climb. My preference would be to go to The Arch, but I could be persuaded to travel within London if anyone else is idling. I'm somewhere between beginner and intermediate. Have been climbing for … ...

Hi Jordana I'm not looking for a partner but just to let you know; I think the Arch has closed now because of the massive construction project at London Bridge. I think the "Biscuit Factory" near Bermondsey Underground station is run by the same people; I have been there and I think you'll like it. Hope you find someone soon.
Thanks for the info Roger, I think I got confused and thought they were the same place as the "Biscuit Factory" is owned by the same people who ran the Arch will edit my partner request.
