Are your interested in a fun and exciting alternative to traditional exercise? If so, visit the SIUE Rock Climbing Gym located in the Vadalabene Center! The 1500 sq ft. climbing wall features 15 belay stations, numerous climbing routes, an artificial crevice and a 45-degree overhang. The wall, made of simulated rock and affixed with a wide variety of hand and foot holds, provides climbers of all ages and abilities with unique physical and mental challenges that help to build strength, endurance and self confidence.
