The Sports Center at Chelsea Piers in Manhattan is home to the largest indoor rock climbing gym in New York City, and one of the most challenging rock walls in the country. The 46' high by 100' wide main wall and the adjacent 10' high by 73' wide bouldering wall offer over 10,000 square feet of sculpted, three-dimensional imprint climbing surface with numerous, and continually changing climbing routes that will challenge novice and expert climbers alike. In addition, a radically designed, over-hung competition roof provides experienced climbers with the ultimate challenge.

Looking for a TR climbing partner at Chelsea Piers! Have been climbing for a little over six months, still pretty new to the sport but love it. I'm free evenings and during the day Sunday/Monday.

where in NYC are you gonna be?
west village. chelsea piers is good. :)
p.s. i'm used to climbing out west so don't know the spots in nyc. so, if there's a better place within the city, let me know. from the research i've done sounds like CP is the way to go though... :)
Ahh, legit NYC. I can't speak for either CP or BKB, I hear they're both good but I've never been to either. I live in CT but I go to school in the Bronx and climb primarily at The Rock Club in New Rochelle. So I wouldn't be much help as a weekly partner, but if you ever want to hit TRC or any of the surprisingly good spots outdoors in a reasonable distance of the city let me know.
