Whether you have never climbed before or you are an experienced outdoor enthusiast, Valley Rock Climbing Gym offers a wide range of climbing for all ages. Operated by Livermore Area Recreation and Park District,Valley Rock offers 2500 sq ft of climbing up 30 ft high walls, a bouldering cave, limited automatic belay systems, and two of the best indoor cracks in the Bay Area. Originally opened in 1995 and privately operated as Sunrise Rock Gym, LARPD took over operations in 2007.
