The Rope Race Bouldering Ladder started in late 2011 and came to a close in Spring 2012. Nearly 100 people in 7 categories entered, making the first Rope Race bouldering ladder a massive success! Over 450 problems were set by Gareth Parry, James Garden as well many others. Many of the competitors were all within points of each other making the finals crucial! When the time came and the scores were totaled the winners took home some epic prizes such as bouldering mats and free climbing passes. Also on the night of the final there was a slackline, chin up and dyno comps. Thank you to everyone that took part and every one that made the last 6 months a epic comp with laughs throughout. Also a massive thanks to Paul who without this would not have been possible. Time to get training to the second Rope Race Bouldering Ladder starting Winter 2012 Full results will be available at: www.roperace.co.uk or in the center.
