Berkeley Ironworks is one of the largest Touchstone gyms and boasts incredible climbing terrain along with a varied assortment of additional offerings. You will find hundreds of routes and boulder problems as well as dozens of group classes each week in yoga, performance cycling, core strengthening, cardio kick-boxing, and much more. There is also a multitude of cardio equipment along with weight machines and free weights.

I've got the day off today and want to climb a bit. I TR .10d and lead .10b
Diablo rock gym or Iron works are best for me.
I am also wanting to do some outdoor climbing some time in the next couple of days. Anyone free for easy sport climbing this week?

- Scott Barron - I am still looking. I can't decide whether it would be a better idea to go early afternoonish and try to avoid any late night crowds, or wait until night when it'll cool off a bit. Any preference?
- Tom Lazarovitz - Yeah, I'm little concerned about the heat as well. Coolest time of the day would be this morning or early afternoon, which I could probably do. In the evening, in addition to crowds, the gym could remain hot due to the residual heat from the day.

I'm looking for a belay partner for Mon or Tues evenings (& possible weekends) after 5:30/6pm. I started climbing a couple of months ago and I'm still trying to get into a weekly routine. I just moved to Berkeley and don't have any climbing partners here.

I climb at about a 10C/D level--I climb for the challenge as well as the fun. Looking for fellow climbers of any level who want fun and exercise! I climb in the evenings and on weekends, in Oakland mostly but I like to vary it by going to Berkeley too.
