Not many gyms can boast they are one of the largest in the country. Planet Granite Sunnyvale is a state of the art gym with over 25,000 square feet of climbing and bouldering. It was designed to provide an incredible training ground for experienced climbers, an ideal learning environment for first-time climbers, and plenty of varied terrain for all levels and ages.
PG Sunnyvale offers 119 top ropes reaching up to 60 foot heights, indoor and outdoor bouldering, over 20 realistic hand-carved cracks, and enough overhanging and long vertical lead terrain to pump out the strongest of climbers.

Anyone want to do top rope this weekend? Preferably Sunday afternoon or Sat evening? I have climbed some 5.10s. I'd like to try some of the Rec courses I didn't have time to finish in Friction but I am happy to belay any top rope.

I just moved here and looking for a partner of any level. I climb 5.8-5.9 currently. I am hoping for climbing buddies around my age, I'm 24. Right now I have a flexible schedule. I haven't been to Planet Granite yet but I was told it was the best place.

First looking at the front bouldering section with mushroom and cave boulders, then visiting the alcove beginner slab top ropes and easy bouldering. Onto the main room with agressive inverted lead walls and progressive lead walls. Then into the ice box for crack features and traiangular dimensions. Then the crack wall, outdoor bouldering, high top ropes and finally the power board.... Lot's of climbing!
