The IMA Indoor Climbing Center offers current UW students and faculty/staff IMA members the opportunity for year round climbing. The wall features approximately 5822 sq. feet of climbing surface, including a bouldering wall. Top rope & lead climbing routes are up to 42' high.

I used to climb a bunch, then about 3 year ago, I got in a bike accident, and have never quite gotten back up to it. I am currently recovering from ACL surgery, but once I get the OK from my PT, I hope to get back up on the wall. I'm weak, but oh well.
- Johonna Nutter - The IMA climbing wall is closed until fall quarter, but once it reopens, I totally intend on going as often as possible. There are a few other girls here that want to get something regular going, too, so let us know when you're ready! :)

- Johonna Nutter - I would totally be down (it's been way too long since I've been) but I'm going out of town for the next several days. Hit me up if you want to go some eve next week - I'll be back on Tuesday (and plan on being at the IMA for weights that night anyway...).

Been climbing off and on for a while now, in the 5.4 - 5.7 range. Looking for partners, happy to belay folks on more difficult routes, of course. Lots of flexibility for time of day.

- Johonna Nutter - I'm usually available around that time most evenings, and am at about the same indoor level (haven't done any outdoor yet though). If you're short like me, that should make the belaying easier all around. :)
- Jessica Woan - sweet ;) do you want to go on tomorrow and/or thursday? i'm 5'3" and yeah, belaying would definitely be easier. i'd like to try to go once a week to begin with (aiming high ;))

Hi, I'm a 21-year-old French guy, I just arrived in Seattle and am looking for a partner to climb at the IMA Crags. I'm able to climb up to V3/V4 and 5.9/5.10, top rope or lead climb (but I would need to pass the tests).

Back to climbing and looking to enjoy the seattle spring. I can climb 5.7-5.9, top roping mostly, but ready to get back to leading/or cleanup as well.
I live in Sammamish, and can get to Vertical World Redmond, or any of the places up I90 pretty quickly.
