Darrington, North Bend, Exit Thirty Eight, Tieton, Exit Thirty Two, Vantage
ReplyHave a huge craving for ice right now! Only been twice, but have personal gear including axes. Looking for experienced leader/guide type who doesn't mind being compensated with rides, beer, and good stories.

Want to go to thirty-eight on Saturday and looking for partner. I probably don't want to lead harder than a 10a/10b, but I'll try to follow anything.

Comment/Reply - Msg Nathan Williamsgoing to exit 38 on Saturday. Anyone down?

- Andy Majewski - I'm interested, assuming the weather cooperates. Looks like I climb about the same level according to your profile. I can lead or belay.

- Nathan Williams - Just did my first lead last weekend-depends on the route I guess. I am good at cleaning and rappelling off a route. As for gear - I don't have a rope or quickdraws yet, do you?

- Andy Majewski - Yes to both. I've got the beginnings of a trad rack as well, but need to practice before I start trad leading.

Comment/Reply - Msg Andy MajewskiLooking for a partner to get outdoor with this weekend, probably the Far Side of Exit 38. I've got a sport rack, rope, a truck, and can lead up to 5.9 comfortably. I've also got a basic trad rack that I'd like to practice with on easy routes.
-
I'm looking for a partner with experience with trad gear. I'm looking to buy a rack and would like their feedback on placements and general knowledge. I do have some experience but always would like more. The grades don't matter.

Comment/Reply - Msg Burke Colquhoun5 years climbing experience, both Trad and Sport, but mostly sport. I'm usually partnered with my GF, who only climbs sport. So I'm looking for a Trad partner. I'm sport lead 10a (GF 10c), trad lead 5.7. Other pairs also wanted for long sport multi-pitch

ReplyHaven't climbed in the Seattle area before. Looking for someone either to show me some routes or explore along with me. I'm happy to lead or follow. Somewhat limited in what I'll lead in trad, as this is still a bit new to me, though.
-
Yo - going to be out at Nevermind wall with a couple of the stronger kids I coach, after we do an event for USA Climbing in Seattle this morning.
If anyone is down by the North Face store in downtown Seattle between 10-1, drop by and say hi.
And if anyone is out at 38 and sees us - same.

Darrington, Leavenworth, North Bend, Exit Thirty Eight, Index, Fun Rock
Replymy main climbing partner is moving out of the country so i need to find new people to climb with. I can pretty much climb any time. I'm willing to drive to index or exit 32,38 for an afternoon or a whole day with advanced notice. I'm also very motivated to do alpine routes in the cascades (stuart, wash. pass, rainier, shuksan). I have a decent amount of gear so i'm willing to help you gear up if you want to do some routes.

Since we are in Seattle I thought I would show a video of some of the locals climbing!!
