Tremendous traditional lead climbing and a lot of wonderful moderate routes that can be toproped make Phantom Spires a very enjoyable climbing destination. Once the snow melts climbs can be found on all sides, so if you're seeking to warm up on a chilly May morning or cool down on a sweltering August afternoon, you can always find a climb with the right conditions for fun and adventure!

Phantom Spires is a great area for groups as the routes are generally single pitches that can be led , then TR. Moderate to challenging, marvelous rock architecture, esp on the George Conner classic, GINGERBREAD, 5.7 UPPER SPIRE. Bolted and cracks.
